We chose to taste the version of the “Carciofo alla giudia” sketches, presented on a fondue of pecorino, goose and crisp as you should. To follow, “Tonnarelli cacio, pepper and caramelized figs” and “Paccheri all’amatriciana di mare”, both very good; We had also chosen two second dishes, which we had to give up, being our times limited by the departure time of the train that would take us home. no problem was raised by staff for our program change. wunderbar! das Essen wurde einfach darauf hingewiesen, da wir einen Korkenteer mit Trüffel und einen Fisch “scombro” nach einem Meeresfrüchte Risotto und Pasta mit Pilzen und Trüffeln und ein Karamell Eis knusprig Dessert, haben wir von diesem Essen alle Feiertage geträumt. der Einheimische ist sehr hübsch und die Kellner sehr zuvorkommend. wir kommen gerne zurück.
