"non capisco perché con una piscina grande non vi sono le sdraio solo 5 e poi sedie. e se volessi rilassarmi lo faccio a terra. in ogni caso non è oro tutto quello che luccica. servizio al ristorante scadente. io non credo alle recensioni belle bisogna constatare con mano. posso dire bene solo su pulizia è location, poi dormire in un letto con la rete rotta non va bene, la rete internet non prendeva per niente, i canali TV non funzionavano per una pizza attesa di oltre un'ora e mezza e non vi era ancora nessuno. io penso che questo posto è bello ma solo per chi vuole andare a rilassarsi senza fare nulla, e non per una famiglia con ragazzi. inoltre fare lavori in piscina il 10 agosto non penso sia il caso..Tutto sommato è un bel posto"

"Augusta is not the buzziest town in Sicily, so we had modest expectations of its restaurants. A chance conversation directed us to Scorfano Rosso and how lucky we were. Situated in a wonderful 17th century building that had previously been a religious foundation and a vet school, it's only a couple of minutes walk from the main square in a quiet side street. The welcome was warm, and help offered to translate the menu which was not long but offered a great variety of local produce and some memorably delicious and interesting dishes although I admit we all passed on the donkey). Particularly good was warm octopus salad, baked cheese fro Ragusa, drizzled with honey and thyme and accompanied by a caponata strong on flavour, as well as simple but perfectly fresh grilled tuna and Black Angus steak. The wine list featured interesting local wines. Service was efficient and friendly and it was a hugely enjoyable evening, the more so for being unexpected. Great value for money and highly recommended."

Non posso dire quello che mi piace di più, è tutto eccellente, ma se posso darvi consigli sono assolutamente per provare i patriglieri con la burratina (attenta la salsa è con l'aglio soffritto, che amo ma che non è il classico simmer di cipolla) e il cuore caldo che si scioglie in bocca."
