always have good experiences when we come here. customer service is before place and sisha is also good.

This is a great location for shisha and socialising. The shisha is smooth and lasts a long while. The only negative is the lack of presence the staff have, meaning it takes forever to get a coal change.

I had a great time in this dach terrace. the waiters and waiters were very friendly. the atmosphere was great and I like the definitiw. above all, eating and drinks tasted great! I had a great time at this place.

Recently had a chance to try out the new food menu and it was epic! They have really put maximum effort in their new menu. I tried the beef burger meal and it was flawless . The shisha here has always been on point here so overall 10/10

a really nice place for some decent shisha with some good drinks and eat on the menu. also the customer service was great. the only negatiw at this place is that they do not take card payments, but they have a money machine in the lounge when they have to withdraw money.

I visited here 2 years ago and it had a very ghetto crowd. Thankfully they seemed to have cleaned up the type of customer they're getting and it was a much more mature and couples oriented crowd. The smoke was good and the shisha lasted. Seats were comfy and the music wasn't too loud you can have a conversation!

This restaurant is a wonderful spot to enjoy a variety of food and shisha flavors. It is definitely the top lounge in the area, with reasonable prices and high-quality offerings. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff throughout our visit. They also did a great job of keeping the lounge warm in the cold weather. Overall, it is a cozy spot to spend your evening. I highly recommend paying a visit here!

I am an avid shisha smoker, so feel I can suss a good shisha, Tried this place for the first time last night, and the shisha was not up to scratch, very weak, and I was there for 1.5 hours and not once was my coal changed! Never even saw anyone walking around with the coal!..and I don 't feel that this should be asked for! It wasn 't even busy, there was only about 7 people there...the tea was nice though, but had to ask for a spoon, waited for about 6 mins and when I went up to get a spoon, was told to wait and one would be brought over... Paid £25 for the shisha def not worth it, won 't be returning I don 't think. But it 's a nice space, clean, shame about the quality of the shisha, maybe...
