Why do they always serve cold coffee? What more can I say? It happens on every visit and they clearly don’t listen to feedback.

Very busy restaurant and quite noisy. Staff average and very slow service resulting in a luke warm meal. Varied menu and food flavoursome .

I took on lunch 15/06/2021, halfway through realized the panini brot was completely blue shaped. very disappointed. the waitress was beautiful and offered a refund. t Speisekarte ansehen

Called for coffee on a Saturday, was busy as expected, however queue moved quickly and good choice of scones available, pear and almond was fresh and delicious. Spacious cafe with plenty of seating, average pricing.

Visited recently with a friend.at about 1 30pm nothing left to eat only sweet treats desserts. No scones! Would it not be an idea on busy afternoons to bake more? Staff couldn't care less and too expensive! Will not return.

visited alana downstairs this afternoon. was not impressed cold coffee, how hard it is to serve hot coffee and also know how to calculate for deserts. performed as a girl with dark hair, spilts on the floor and over menus at the end. the counter does not disturb to clean up. as unprofessional. on 23/11/2021 I had lunch with friends, but was embarrased. chips were cold all 9 of them £0.50 steak turned out to be a steak couple that they could buy in the super market for £1. small pot of blue koleslaw £0.60.,Filz sorry for my overseas friends have heard. good reports about caffe. I think I was somewhat overloaded as meal steak dinner costs £9.60 the time waiting for dinner 40 minutes after order is taken caffe in a bad light therefore I do not go back to take what they like from this review.

We went to Alana’s for lunch and it was fantastic! The restaurant is really big with lots of space and it is self service. There is so much choice of lots of hearty choices for lunch. Delicious salads too! Portions sizes are massive too and...prices are very reasonable. So much to choose from lots of options including chicken curry, paninis, sandwiches, vol-au-vents, pie, stew etc! I had the chicken and peach bake which was delicious! There is also a fantastic selection of cakes and traybakes, tea and coffee. We had the roulade which was so tasty! There is also an extensive breakfast menu so will definitely be back!

I like a good laune, but at this opportunity I had to pass through the excessive cost. £9.50 for a fry plus £2.35 for their refreshment of tee. that is a dizzying £11.85 they could say, but mars this is the normal cost for. the bauchbuster or the larger breakfast and in fact they can be right (although the price is even higher) but there was no small / standard or make them supplement their own options. instead of the frit, I decided for the pancake stack that was delicious. my dear wife had the white chocolate and celestial, which was also excellent. I will come back to try the frit as soon as they lower a handle of themselves and the price. I do not think that the cost are covid connected... Speisekarte ansehen
