"My friend and I are currently vacationing in Scotland and staying in Ballater. We were pleasantly surprised by the menu at this restaurant. It was clearly marked and there were several vegan options to choose from. I wasn't a fan of the chili carne tacos we had as an appetizer. We both ordered the Beyond Burger and thought they were good, but a bit overdone. It seemed like they were fried for too long, as they were quite crispy."

our server, fiona and heather, were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Although it was busy, there was enough space between tables that they did not feel crowded. they would be highly recommended!

Nice enough, but the Lind of place where a vegan option is a bunch of oven baked veg (pay extra for a bit of rice! nice atmosphere though, and perhaps I was just unlucky with my order. Lovely service and atmosphere is good too.

Lovely place and great Ambience. Would definitely require more staff. There weren't enough people to wait on the customers. The food was great and the bar tender is really good at making great drinks and good conversation. Overall a great place to go out with your friends. Speisekarte ansehen

The restaurant is lovely, but it's the type of place where the vegan option is essentially a plate of assorted baked vegetables (and you have to pay extra for a side of rice). The atmosphere is beautiful, and perhaps I just wasn't satisfied with my choice of dish. The service is very friendly, and the overall ambiance is pleasant.
