Restaurant set in the medieval village of Filetto, small but very well maintained. Typical local dishes revisited in a modern way, as well as an estro from the chefs. Definitely not enough a dinner to taste all the delicacies of the menu. Booking in advance, also the possibility of having a dedicated vegetarian and/or vegan menu. Kindness by the owners, mother (detailed to the savours) and daughter (detail to the desserts). P.S.: do not forget to taste the desserts.... spatial!!! Surely to try!

Fantastic experience in Filetto di Villafranca in Lunigiana. Random meeting with the local and the two owners/cuoche/camerie ... Mum dedicated to jumping and Daughter specialized in dessert. New combinations, like chestnut pasta with pesto and chocolate, next to classic dishes, like the selection of meats and cheeses.
