"Originally booked for 8pm, but were in the area earlier than expected, so we changed the booking on The Fork to 7pm. Traveled in the restaurant to say that they do not take food orders until 7.30 This was a little frustrating as the Fork did not allow us to change the booking in this case. But that was the only slip. The food, drinks, the restaurant and the views were excellent. Nice fish and chips crack. Would highly recommend."

"Nulla da credere a chi recensisce questo locale squalificandolo. Vorrei vedere loro ai fornelli , facile da recensire in modo negativo Locale piccolo ed è consigliabile la prenotazione . Le portate sono abbondanti s serviti con gentilezza e cortesia. In esse è rinchiuso il gusto tipico siciliano e soprattutto si intuisce che è tutto preparato dal proprietario , anche lui , come chi lavora sala , estremamente gentile ed accogliente. Antipasti abbondanti che superano di gran lunga i competitor locali ; due buonissimi primi piatti , ed i secondi sono ottimi ed abbondanti . Servono , compreso nel prezzo anche dolci ed alcolici. Il prezzo è veramente contenuto , alla portata di chiunque e più basso rispetto ai locali che servono il pesce. Da tornarci sicuramente , ed anche da far loro tanta buona pubblicità. Il servizio, super eccellente. In sintesi , ambiente familiare e portate caserecce. Complimenti.."

"A group of friends, who live in the area, treated my spouse and I to a wonderful meal at this pizzeria! Turns out that the pizza here is top notch! The huge variety, many having the names of villages nearby, are all delicious, judging by the high approval of my friends! Therefore I decree Taverna Re del Mare a MUST GO TO pizzeria! "discovered by chance because of the break of two wheels of the car on the nearby highway with consequent forced stop for a night to roccalumera. Sunday evening, destroyed for events, we find this place in front of us and decide to come and eat something. in a few words: courtesy, hospitality and so much quality. excellent sicula rosticceria but also pizza, focacce and other specialties. in short, we relaxed to the great, bringing behind us the problems experienced on the road. one thing is sure if I still understand near the fortress I will not miss to return “to the bridge”."
