Wir waren am 29. Dezember und am 31. Dezember zum Essen dort. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war wirklich lecker. Eine gemütliche Atmosphäre und sehr nettes Personal. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

We were there this afternoon with a larger group. The food and service were excellent. The waitress is very child friendly. Absolutely recommended and the price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. Many thanks to the entire team!

Dieses Restaurant hat mich vollkommen überzeugt. Der Service ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist großartig. Wir waren zu sechst und jeder hatte ein anderes Gericht. Went there on Boxing Day for a big birthday. The starter with tomato soup and icing was all okay. The main course: 1 dried-out beef roulade, 1 potato dumpling, a bit of red cabbage and the whole thing for €22.90. The portion is something for a 10 year old boy. I reordered 2 pieces of potato dumplings and the whole thing for an additional €8.00. I had been looking forward to the food all day, but it was a total failure, the price is everything overdrawn. I won't eat there a second time!

We were in the mood for a fish sandwich and we came across the Alte Schneiderei in Hooksiel. We ordered a crab roll and a stream fish roll to take away. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We waited 30 minutes for the two rolls. There were only two couples in the dining room and everything else was empty. The service was very friendly. When we unpacked the rolls, I asked myself why it took so long. I would have baked the rolls fresh in that time, but unfortunately they were like rubber. The topping wasn't that great either, the fried fish was a little bigger than a fish stick with some tartar sauce and that for €7.50 and the crab roll was the same... It was only topped with 1 tablespoo...

We were traveling in a motorhome and decided to stop in Hooksiel. While looking for a restaurant we came across the Alte Schneiderei. My wife went first to ask if our dog could come in with us. She came back smiling and said: They 're lovely. Of course the dog was allowed to come along. A rustic restaurant awaited us. We were served very friendly and courteously. There was also time for a little chat. The food was very tasty and filling. The attentive waitress provided us with plenty of drinks. We liked it so much that we made a reservation for the next day. It was also super tasty that evening. Like the day before, our “dessert” was supposed to be a Frisian spirit. Unfortunately there wasn... Speisekarte ansehen
