Great choice for a quiet evening with friends... very well-kept cuisine and family environment, I also recommend it for business dinners and for those who are vegan and vegetarian, very nice also evenings with live music... Prices in the norm, really worth a visit to us compliments to the new management...!!!

Saturday 5 December I booked this place to share with my son Jazz, one of my many passions. We were both impressed by genuine and sincere dishes that skillfully mix the territory, tradition and innovation. Fantastic tomato parrot, simply brilliant orange duck cutters and black cuttlefish with white polenta! Beautiful evening!

Finally an alternative valley to the usual menu of restaurants in the area.... wonderful local, very friendly staff and, as I said before, a menu that revisits the classic dishes of the territory in a modern key, pointing on quality and imagination. Nice premises and friendly staff. A bit disappointing the mixed appetizer, consisting of a lot of ham, a pancake, a meat roll and one of vegetables. Good but young ham, discreet rolls but a little too greedy. Good pizza and the Rosa di Parma, discreet risotto with the culatello, perhaps not very tasty. Overall a place where you are well, you eat discreetly and you spend something right.

My girlfriend and I have been in this restaurant for a short time, although we have happened in a night when it lacked staff and we do not feel to judge negatively in the cook in the waitress who have given themselves to satisfy all the customers, although the waiting times and the quality of the food, especially in the cottures, have been affected by those absences ....for this, as title denied,

Simply brilliant! Starting from the young staff who with imagination and competence has been able to bring a breath of novelty to the table. To note the various menu dedicated to vegetarians and vegans without for this reason to leave excellent dishes based on meat or fish, such as the fantastic baccalà mantecato with white polenta, or the queen of the seconds the rose of Parma. What do you mean?? SPECTACULAR!!! It's the second time I come here and it's a guarantee! Local well-kept, clean bathrooms and nowadays is not very discounted as what!, young, uncompromising, and SPAZIALE cuisine!!!! We ate pumpkin pies with truffle sauce, gargati with porcini sauce... Octopus with avocado and mint beaten to the mortar and sesame waffles, baked mahiline...crusted pears and chocolate dependence... and I assure you that you could avoid washing dishes, as we cleaned them Excellent prosecco, 2 glasses of wine offered also coffee, 25€ ... if you think that for a pizza you spend a few euros less, vien want to book here every week! Absolutely recommended!

I was in this restaurant for Christmas lunch, as it offered in addition to the classic Christmas menu, also a Vegan menu. I was surprised by the quality and care of dishes, never banal. I was in other vegan restaurants, but never found so careful and particular preparations: among all tasted dishes, special mention for fried pumpkin flowers stuffed with soy and spinach ricotta and goats in vegan broth, sublime! Not abundant portions, but that allow you to taste everything from appetizer to dessert without filling to excess. Driven by the curiosity of the new management of this place in Salsomaggiore I dined last night with 4 friends. After the first look at the place, simple and well maintained, the second look goes directly to the menu. Finally a great cronter between simple cuisine that respects tradition without upsetting, alternative dishes (meat, fish and vegan cuisine! and especially never banal. We opt for the appetizer My friends, a mixture that includes empanadas with vegetables, empanadas with meat and culatello. Excellent fruit of these first ones, really light and not greased.
