"We spent two nights here, in this hotel that is basically inside of an old castle. The place is a bit secluded. Beautifully decorated, lovely and romantic garden. Overall a nice hotel but not extraordinary. The restaurant of the hotel, on the other side, was AMAZING. Nothing but delicious food, the kind that makes you look forward for your next meal and feel bad that you will not have time to taste everything before you leave the place. The service was also really great, both the chef and the rest of the staff were incredibly nice. Regardless if it's gonna be dinner or breakfast you will not regret it.Even the simple things like an omlette or a baked potato are turned into a great culinary experience. Nothing will ever be good enough after you taste the food they serve here. Buonissimo!"

"I was on several occasions eating at this facility, but always on occasion of events. I wanted to try and have dinner together. I only had confirmation of the excellent quality of food and service. Attention to the customer, professionalism and kindness in addition to a kitchen that fully satisfies the palate. The wine card is interesting. I recommend it both for dinners of large tables and for a dinner at two. Great value for money. You won't be disappointed. Unconscious!! !"

"Locale molto carino con personale gentile,attento e preparato.Abbiamo iniziato la nostra cena con un antipasto misto di salumi piacentini….strepitosi!!!! Buonissimi anche i primi piatti consiglio di assaggiare i ravioli ripieni all’ortica e i pisarei… La nostra cena é poi proseguita con un rombo alla mediterranea, direi che il nostro palato è stato decisamente appagato. Tutto veramente eccezionale!!! Torneremo prestissimo"

"in the lower Bergamo, a few km from bergamo, there is an elegant restaurant with minimal-chic furnishings and a kitchen marked by the sea: the Saracen. The mise en place is simple, essential with small works in (probably) blown glass reminiscent of the sea that make the environment less formal. Careful, fast and never invasive service. Excellent proposal of the degotation menu, brought at a price in line with the quality of raw materials. less the cost of the à la carte dishes resulting in a fur rising. The kitchen is mainly characterized by fish dishes, main characteristic of the restaurant. varying from cruditè to octopus, from sea urchins to abscess. The dishes we choose are all satisfactory, note of merit to pumpkin risotto, lobster and raw ham, definitely dish of the day and curl with pizzaiola sauce. excellent even the heavy desserts that make you finish the meal with a smile. To conclude the chef roberto proto and his wife maria morbi manage impeccably the refreshments. I highly recommend a deviation for a lunch or dinner after a day of shopping in the streets of bergamo."

"Anche se siamo capitati durante la notte bianca di Urgnano e quindi il servizio era molto caotico e disordinato (dato la mole di persone che affolavano dentro e fuori il locale non me la sento di criticare il personale che nonostante tutto ha cercato di seguirci con dedizione e gentilezza. Ma passiamo all'aspetto culinario del quale non si puo' dire assolutamente nulla:iniziamo con l'antipasto di pesce del vicolo che non e' altro che 4 assaggi diversi molto gustosi e delicati. la frittura di pesce era cotta nel modo giusto e soprattutto non era intrisa di olio come spesso accade..ma il piatto che ho gustato alla grande sono stati i ravioli freschi di capesante con sugo di gambero...fantastico !!!lo consiglio vivamente. Alla fine il conto non e' stato una salassata ma e' nella media se si mangia del pesce ..soprattutto cucinato cosi bene. Ci ritornero'"
