"This is one of the most unique Restaurant I ever visited! —Food and Wine Cave— This is a place where you must go if you ever plan your visit to Verona! A place that is located in a cave with a proper design inside! The staff is incredibly friendly and their food is very unique! They are very famous for their meat! It’s actually a meat Restaurant! So be sure here you will taste one of the best meat around! I had a steak, some pasta and a Beef Tartare as a starter! From all of this I especially enjoyed the Beef Tartare, think this one, was one of the best tartare i ever had! Even this is a meat restaurant i would say that their deserts are the same good like the meat is! Very nice look and a corresponding taste! By the way I had a chance to meet the Restaurant Owner, very nice and lovely guy! He did serve our table when we were celebrating my mother’s birthday! Conclusion: The place is unique, food is tasty, rich wine selection, the staff is extremely friendly! Many thx for an unforgettable dinner! Recommend this place to everyone who likes to try something new and unusual! P.S. Before visiting this place don’t forget to request a reservation!!! Oh and yeah.... The most important thing is... THE RESERVATION HAS TO BE DONE AT LEAST 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE"

"Definitely the best food of this Italian holiday and one of the best of any holiday. We read about the restaurant online and decided to try it despite it being out of the centre. Indeed it is in what appears to be a residential area lucky residents. If this was near my house I would be here too often! We emailed beforehand and asked to book , but when we arrived it was quiet. However, the owner had prepared notes to read to us in English about the menu for that evening which was very kind of him. Both his English and the young lady who served us the second night was very good. However, it was also very useful that he had prepared this information as it enabled him to give us much more detail than we would have deciphered from the menu. And the detail really matters in this restaurant. The quality of the basic ingredients shines through in all of the food and they take real pride in everything they serve. We visited twice and had two great meals. Food included gnocchi with cheese and pepper with spicy chocolate, an absolutely delicious Pork in beer dish which was cooked wonderfully and served with the most fantastic polenta and wonderful meat and pasta dishes We had a bottle of wine, water and coffee on each evening. Meals cost roughly €60 each night. This for 4 and 5 dishes each night which we felt was great value and this for the undoubted best food of the holiday. The value would make it well worth the taxi to enjoy a good meal and wine. If I return to Verona I will be booked to come here first night!"

"New Year's dinner, service not to expectations for various reasons. And the worst thing: On 8 people,4 we spent this night throwing up and with dysentery. Inebriated by some bacteria we ate that night there. There was something in the food that wasn't good. We're definitely not going back to that place."

"Passing through during the long weekend of April 25th, they suggest this place to us: welcoming, spacious and clean. Viola and the tall, ugly, bald one (born Maurizio), friendly, ironic and sarcastic, welcomed us and accompanied us all evening. Good food and normal quantities (I have to review my concept of normal), just with the starter I was full. If you pass by Verona it is definitely worth trying! Service: Dine in"
