"We waited ages to be shown to a table, or even be acknowledged! Once we got to a table it took a long time before our orders were taken. Honestly we were debating whether to leave! We missed starters, and just went for mains and ordered our drinks. No one spoke to us and our drinks were delivered at the same time as our food. The restaurant wasn't busy and the staff seemed to be spending more time on their phones than with customers! Everyone was sitting waiting. The people behind us went to the till to get their bill they were fed up waiting for someone to come. The people next to us ordered desserts and waiting so long for them to come that they ended up checking to make sure the waitress had ordered them! People who cam in just behind us and waited equally as long to get a table ordered starters and had finished them and waited so long for their mains to come, we had finished eating and waited about 15 mins before anyone came over. The chef pinged for service just as my husband went upstairs for the bathroom, the food was still waiting when he came down, the people waiting had been shaking their heads and said that it would be cold, it was honestly the worst service ever. I will definitely not be returning. However the food was delicious it's just a shame it all took such an uncomfortably long time!"

Took ages to get served and when we did I got a vegetarian starter instead of a vegan one! It was one mistake after another. I felt like I was in a Fawlty Towers sitcom.

Vegan elements clearly marked on the menu and/or seperate vegan menu available. Has seats in summer along the canal that runs through Chelmsford. A good option when eating with omnis.

Attended with my four year old daughter Crystal and the staff were attentive and accommodating and made sure my daughter was entertained and happy with her food choices throughout. Thank you all!

Food and atmosphere was good. Service was terrible. Very slow and often nobody available to take orders for very long periods of time. Table of six. Staff were friendly on the rare occasion we could find any staff and attract their attention

We went for my daughter's birthday on a Tuesday evening. They were clearly short staffed. One member of staff was cooking pizzas one minute, washing pots the next and serving food after that. We waited slightly too long for our starters but we waited over half an hour for our food which was a salad, a pizza and two pasta dishes. I watched the previous meal sit under the serving lamp for 10 minutes before it went to the table. I watched our salad and pizza sit on the side while our pasta was cooked from scratch. The food was nice but not great when it arrived. Not worth the experience or price. We won't be going back.
