"We were the first to arrive at restaurant the evening we reserved here. It hadn't opened up yet since IT inkt opened at 20.30. But we could taken place already and have some drinks. The regional wines were good and very cheap, only €9 a bottle. Nice three course menu, vegan option available. Quality of food was great, ingredients tastes fresh. Starter of my menu were filo doughs with an unique fillings which tasted very good although served with beet sauce and mango sauce, which made weird combinations. As main course I took the gnocchi, which seemed to be homemade and tasted great with fresh tasting pesto. Many dishes seemed to have same ingredients, which is probably why they could keep the price relatively low and still could provide quality ingredients. But that also caused some weird combinations like e.g. rice crackers on everything as topping. Sadly could only choose ice cream as dessert with vegan menu, dessert options of other menu's seemed very tasty. Many tables, many waiters but they often didn't see you. Waiter broke my glass and walked away but when i told a wonen at the bar she was very kind and immediately gave me a newer, fuller glass Ambiance very good, cute setting. Didn't have to pay for water and got bread as appetizer for free with a tapenade (although this contained meat while i ordered a vegan menu) Would revisit (although not too often since not many different vegetarian options)"

We visit the Brelan whenever we are in the area, and it didn't disappoint this time. Love being out in the open to eat and children can run free in the wooded area without disturbing other diners. Lunch as good as ever.

We wanted to eat magrets, but the avian flu went through! So I decide against my heart for the lamb lamb: excellent surprise, it’s a pleasure! Tasted and very balanced plate. The brelan's chips are always as good. memories. at dessert, the suns revisited are perfect! Brief, new concept successful!

Great new seating area. Met by a friendly face shown to table very quickly. Spacious seating good ambiance. Had to wait awhile before server appeared with menu and wine list, would have been nice to have a bottle of water at same time this was delivered after the starter was on the table. We had the menu of the day €18 it was excellent with all three portions ample with bread, 50cl rose and cafe €23. Excellent value would recommend for lunch.

We haven't been for ages as we have moved out of the immediate area. It has always been high on our places to eat. Our meal was delicious, the wine we chose was spot on, the service and ambiance were all we could wish for. When I joked with my wife about how much she must have had to pay, I could hardly believe how very reasonable the bill was. We both thought it was the most enjoyable eating out experience we have had in many months. Can't wait to go again.

We came here for lunch earlier in the month. It is situated next to a quiet road amidst a small forest of trees. The service was excellent and they catered for our little baby boy the waitress was very good at entertaining him. The food was outstanding and rivalled many Michelin star restaurants which we've visited. We couldn't quite believe the bill EUR30 for a 3 course meal of an excellent standard. We would have paid double. If we are ever in the region again, we would make a detour to eat here. One of the best meals we've had in a long time. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is quite simply the best. We go for lunch at least once a week and have the menu du jour, this is 3 courses for 18 euros. The quality is outstanding, the clever combinations of flavours is very special. The meat is cooked on a barbeque so it has the most beautiful flavour. I would classify myself as a fussy eater and i have never disliked anything i have been given, The desserts in particular are superb. The value for money is exceptional. The service is very good and the new room now means they are open all year round so I am very happy. I highly recommend for anyone.

The restaurant is off the beaten track and I don’t think we would have found it without a GPS. But once we got there, what a surprise. Superb surrounding, excellent food, great service. It was well worth the trip and the price. We sat outside, under the trees, surrounded by cicadas and butterflies (it was summer The tables were large and comfortable. The menu is made with mostly local ingredients (lots of duck cooked with flair and grace. The panned fresh foie gras was amazing. Two formulas to choose from: Two out of three courses or all three courses (take the three courses! And don't skip dessert!

This was our first time, Saturday evening, arrived a few minutes early, greeted rather brusquely, by an elderly lady. We picked seating outside the main area in a marquee as it was a very warm evening. The service throughout was not what we expected, slow, very inattentive considering the number of servers. On a more positive side the food was excellent, very good presentation, excellent portion size, my main of fish and my wife’s lamb were cooked to perfection. On trying to pay for our meal the same elderly woman gave us the wrong table receipt and required help after trying a few times, with no apology. We will try this restaurant again as we had no complaints about the food. We recommend...
