If I ignore the expectations that were relatively long, this establishment highlights a creative fusion cuisine with refined dishes while offering elegant dressage. Each plate offers its lot of flavours sometimes balanced sometimes noted. In particular, the Japanese grilled bath is extremely staggered and deploys highly enjoyable aromas for taste buds. The entrance around the sea was also subtly prepared and yet again, the crab was to my taste too much in withdrawal. Warmly recommended by the inhabitant who invited me, I had a doubt once before. The surprise and happiness that followed were at the height of anachronism. The kitchen is fresh, colourful, original, tasty, balanced, generous, like the Japanese chef and his team of passionate enthusiasts. A lot of fish, seafood seasoned to perfection, some mixtures of land/sea coming to complete the journey. Unpublished flavors, a direct Paris-Tokyo in Business class. What strikes the taste buds is the balance and accuracy of the seasonings. This dry in 2 services and this velvety of small peas to start was a ravishing. The rest of the 5-course menu (quality/price ratio unbeatable) was a magical moment. Bravo...

This place which, of course, does not pay a mine flirt clearly with a starry at both service and kitchen level. Sincerely the comments do not pay tribute to the culinary experience offered by the team. Products of great freshness cooked and assembled with genius. Bravo! The service is very pleasant a lot of very appreciable little attentions up to a carafe of water with mint and lemon. Everything is perfect... In order not to spoil the prices its incredibly reasonable 35 euros for a tasting menu of such quality, that I had never seen... Sincerely, may be one of the best addresses in Paris....

Honestly, I didn't expect anything from this restaurant I agreed to go there to make the girl open). I've never made a restaurant like this before, and I thought that when I got out of there, I'd go get something to hold my stomach. I went there for lunch, there were 2 choices of menu: Trilogy: Entries 1 Plat to choose) 1 Cocotte to share. 5 dishes chosen by the chef) We took the Degustation menu. I like the fish but I'm afraid to eat it, the chef took it into account and changed the OK but not hardcore fish menu. All this to say that if you're looking for a restaurant to go, you don't know what to eat. Don't hesitate to push the door. It's delicious, it's subtle, it's light, you don't die o...
