Great selection of beers in a lovely old building, which used to be a bank,

This restaurant is a nice place to dine alone, with good food. The noise level can be a bit high due to the football games playing, but overall it is fine.

Lovely pub with interesting decor from its previous life as a bank. The bar staff advised on beers as we were looking for local/Welsh ones to try. Nice relaxed atmosphere, good bar snacks as well. Speisekarte ansehen

Filthy, needs a good clean and all the staff seem to congregate at the end of the bar to vape including the manager not a good look at all ,instead of vaping in full view of the customers try doing some cleaning..

This restaurant is a great spot for grabbing a drink, but I would not recommend ordering food. The cottage pie was bland and overly watery, lacking any discernible flavor. The frozen chicken wings were lukewarm and unappetizing.

Great lunchtime beef stew. Loads of beef and a really tasty gravey. Along with crunchy red cabbage and a roll. My partner had a jacket with cheese beans. It was too much for her but she is was good. Nice place to eat and sit a while Speisekarte ansehen

The drinks were good, the staff was friendly, and the location was nice. However, the food was terrible. Everything seemed to be frozen and it was some of the worst food I've ever tasted. We even waited 30 minutes for a frozen meal. Overall, the only enjoyable aspect of the experience was the drinks.

Saw a sign as we walked past staying dogs would get free sausage if owners came in for a drink. Took our two dogs in,staff saw them,couldn't really miss them as ones a St Bernard but despite being in about half an hour,no sausages were forthcoming, not even a biscuit..Bit of false advertising to get folk in,not going again. It's ok,dogs had a trip to another establishment where sausage and biscuits came)
