Very helpful staff. Filled us up. Bonus free churros. Clean and tidy. Good atmosphere. Delicious food.

Food overpriced for what it is and managed by clowns no chicken no new items on menu ready expected to sit and wait with no notification of how long. Joke

The female manager was so rude when I came for a collection. Cannot believe she is in a customer facing role. Her staff also looked shocked by how she spoke to me. Really disappointing experience! Speisekarte ansehen

The food is absolutely fantastic! These are the best burritos in Manchester, without a doubt. The staff creates a wonderful atmosphere, they are extremely helpful and have great communication while serving. I thoroughly enjoy dining here!

Terrible experience! I ordered from Deliveroo and they forgot 6 out of my 7 items. When I called them, they said they were closed and couldn't help. When I asked to speak to a manager, they said there wasn't one on duty. Absolutely terrible.

I ordered some tacos at this restaurant , and they were served to me in a blue plastic bag that resembled one used for medical supplies. The tacos were small, cold, and soggy when I finally got to eat them. The fillings were sparse, despite the pork carnitas being advertised as an 'upgrade.' Overall, it was clear that the tacos were not made with fresh ingredients on site, but rather were mass-produced in a warehouse with a lack of passion, then shipped in and served with a side of disappointment. Useless staff, been a huge fan of Barburrito in Leeds for many years. Always had great service. Today I went to eat at the Picadilly Gardens branch in Manchester. For some reason my order was partially prepared and left whilst others were completed. When the manager came to finish my Burrito I mentioned it and saw that others were steaming hot whereas my hot fillings had been open for nearly five minutes. She told me I should que again if I wasn't happy. I suggested that she got some customer service skills as she was a manager. She then offered to make it again but after seeing the way she was a) throwing the fillings in clearly angry and b) giving minimal portions, I decided to eat elsewhe...

We 've always loved going to this chain and I think we 've closed the door after this experience. I have never known such moody and stroppy staff, scooping and slamming things down, no options offered and just staring at you like you should know what everything is and such an inconvenience to ask. Me and my husband got shredded beef, my scoop was about half the size and I politely asked of I could have a little more as it just about covered the middle, he said ill have to charge you extra I said I just wanted as much as he got and being clear of sight as they sat next to each other it was very obvious, he replied it because that one 's spread out it wasn 't and I said I 'm not here to argue...

I don’t normally do this as I am in the industry but I’ve never been to a place where people don’t care or are just in there own bubble first of all I order from this franchise a lot but in Armadale centre that one is great friendly and always switched on. Not what I received at the Piccadilly one, first of all I ordered the loaded that means I get a choice of 2 meats I then got told the two meats I picked had 80p charge as they are premium meat cuts, then I picked another there was a charge on that too I asked what is there not a charge on she said chicken and pork so why ask me to pick if that’s all I can have as part of the burrito I had picked, then I paid after that I got the hot burrit...
