Der Service ist tadellos; äußerst sympathisch, aufmerksam und einladend. Das Essen ist das Beste, was in Lauterbrunnen angeboten wird und wirklich gut im Preis. Ein Muss für einen Besuch.

We ate here after spending the day in Murren and had a great meal and drinks. Seems to be a local hangout and met some interesting people here. Owner (Fabien) is a base jumper / wingsuit flyer and was friendly and a great host.

The service is slow but friendly. The prices are Swiss _ cheeseburger -okay, chicken burger - tasty, with French fries, beer and a Diet Coke - 48.50 francs. It seems wherever you go - it's pricey in Switzerland. They don't accept credit cards.

We stopped for dinner one night because it was about the only place open where you did not have to have a reservation at 6:30pm. My husband had the sweet chili chicken sandwich which he said was okay. It was nice to sit outside and be able to look at the mountains in the evening. The waitress was constantly hustling while we were there.

Diese Café-Bar macht großen Spaß mit tollem Essen und leckerem Bier. Der Besitzer Fabien ist großartig, er kümmert sich immer um seine Kunden und schafft eine lustige, freundliche Atmosphäre. Dies ist auch ein Treffpunkt für Menschen, die BASE-Jumping und andere Abenteuersportarten mögen. Wenn du interessante Gleichgesinnte aus der ganzen Welt treffen und Ratschläge von Einheimischen erhalten möchtest, dann ist dies der richtige Ort.

Wir bestellten einen vegetarischen Burger, Nachos mit Hummus und Bruschetta. Die Wartezeit betrug lange 45 Minuten, nach der das Essen zufriedenstellend genug war. Die Bruschetta war wie Chutney auf Brot mit Tomaten- und Karottenscheiben, die Nachos mit Hummus waren zum ersten Mal nicht schlecht, der Burger und die Pommes haben uns gefallen. Für die Verzögerung entschuldigte sich der Gastgeber und gab uns die Nachos als Entschädigung. Insgesamt zufrieden.

We made the unfortunate decision to eat at this place, primarily because there were several good reviews posted about it. My wife and I ordered burgers, and I also ordered a local craft brew, and my wife just had a glass of water. The burgers were inedible. They appeared to be industrial-type frozen burgers that had been microwaved and not even cooked on a broiler. The burgers had a strange gray color, and were mushy and had a strange taste.. The total bill came to 43 Francs for the worst meal of our lives. Forty-three Francs for two burgers and a beer!We went to a different restaurant the next night, and had a wonderful, filling meal of a salad and pork schnitzel for 41 Francs.

Went here to drink one night, met Fabien and his girlfriend (I think) the two who were working there. They were amazing. Some of the friendliest and chattiest people I have ever met. Fabien is a base jumper, and he's no slouch with over 3000 base jumps! I told him I saw some jumpers and he said it was probably him. So he showed me his video of his jump that day and it was him! We talked for hours about a lot, though mostly extreme sports like base jumping, skydiving, paragliding and mountain biking. We tried a few of the girl bartenders shots (I never got her name) and she makes some pretty damn tasty shots! All in all it was a great night and it made me extra sad to leave the next day!

We didn't have reservations at the first restaurant/hotel that was rated #1 but there were plenty of empty tables. We walked into this fun place! There are tables outside but it was raining so we sat inside. It has modern furniture and large bar. There are 2 tvs playing extreme sports videos. Our waitress was young, friendly and attentive. It got much busier after 8. Burger and fries with dark interlaken beer was absolutely heavenly after a week of swiss food. The Thai curry chicken with noodles was tasteless. It was missing the coconut milk and more curry. I would definitely recommend the meat or veggie burger with a big dark local beer! Cheapest dinner all week-7sf beer and 14sf burger
