Waited along time for drinks, about 30 mins Food took a lot longer, I noticed chef, using his hands without gloves, picking certain foods up and playing them on plates. NOT HYGIENIC, So not impressed

Callum served us with great care and made us feel welcome. They are amazing. Food came out really fast too and was super tastey thank you to the chefs and other supporting members of staff for making our new years day extra special.

We had a large party reservation, but there weren't enough staff to serve us. We had to go downstairs to order drinks, and after waiting for 1.5 hours, we still hadn't received our food. We recently visited this restaurant for a delightful breakfast and were impressed by the helpful and fashionable staff, Karen and Claire, who were wearing Christmas jumpers. We had an excellent Christmas meal at this restaurant. The three courses were generous and great value for the money. Each course was delicious, but the highlight was the friendly service from Callum. He went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, with lots of banter that made our evening complete. Thank you, Callum!

Went in with family for some dinner and i was not impressed. I ordered a mixed grill and i asked for the steak to be cooked medium. When the mixed grill came out the food was cold and my steak was cooked as rare. I then asked for the bill which took the waiter 20 minutes to sort out for us. Our waiter Sally spoke to us with an attitude. I was not impressed, so i will not be returning to this restaurant. Speisekarte ansehen

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother, on 10th November we held a party for my son's 60th,thanks to the hard work of all the staff involved it was a great success. the food was delicious and the service excellent. I would commend especially the young waitress who served us and the manager Jomer we were quite a large party and they coped very well. Everyone enjoyed themselves especially the birthday boy.

We arrived at 6.30am for a what we thought be a festive Christmas breakfast treat. How wrong we were! We were met by a very bah humbug lady. Very rude. She asked very abruptly … how many of us there were, had we booked, how were we paying? She commented to her colleague loudly”They can sit in the bar, and don’t expect me to clear it up afterwards! I have never felt so unwelcome in an establishment. I would definitely not be recommending anyone to visit this place

Arrived with a party of 60 to be told that we couldn't have the Christmas menu but people downstairs could.. it's Christmas ! I ordered 2 of the Xmas cocktails and was told they weren't on the menu because the bar staff didn't know how to make them couldn't be bothered. When we eventually had our food brought 40 mins later the chips and burger were stone cold and my partner's streak was like an old rubber boot. Never had such terrible service and a disgustingmeal. I'm leaving hungry and will find a chippy on the way home. Never again will we go to this beefeater. Speisekarte ansehen
