I must say that we were all very impressed with the food at this restaurant. It was absolutely delicious and served hot. Valerie was a gem and provided excellent service with a twinkle in her eye. I would definitely come back again. It was the perfect way to end a busy day of shopping.

Good food, good drinks and fantastic service. My daughter and I stopped here for dinner after a shopping trip. We had the set menu which offered excellent value for money and we enjoyed all our dishes. The cocktails were also good for this type of venue. The best part of our experience was our waitress Valerie. She was just the right mix of friendly, professional, attentive and funny. Valerie is an asset to Bella Italia and absolutely made our meal.

I was here about 4 or 5 times and everyone visited had a catastrophe as soon as it was rude staff, once the elevator was broken, a few times we were ice cold and sad every time there was a big thing with eating for one or all of us the most dangerous problem was cold eating, then overcooked, but in the rule it seems never right enough to get the restaurant to go back to a lot they want. to be honest, I don't know how it survived when better restaurants come and have gone. I've been here roughly or times and each visit has had a catastrophe. Once it was rude staff, once the lift was broken, a couple of times we were freezing cold and sadly every time there has been a big issue with the food for one or all of us. The most frequent problem has been cold food, then overcooked but generally it never seems to get it right enough for this to be the restaurant you want to return to which is dangerous in a shopping centre with so much choice. To be honest, I don't know how it has survived when better restaurants have come and gone.

Disappointed with our recent experience at Bella Italia Lakeside. On August 31, 2023, my family and I were treated rudely by the manager when we asked about using a valid discount code. The manager accused us of trying to eat for free, which was embarrassing and uncalled for. We've always enjoyed your food, but this incident has left us disheartened. The problem with Bella Italia Lakeside is it is so hit and miss! In the past we have had some nice meals and service but lately that just doesn't seem to be the case. On Sunday 16th July my partner and I went there after some shoppping, was a good sign to start with that we were acknowledged alomst straight away and shown to a table (this is a good start as move times more recently we have been ignored at the door for a good 10 mins or so and left!
