Ben Cruachan Inn - Speisekarte

I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer several vegan food choices, including dessert. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Lovely country inn located near Loch Awe offering 2-3 vegetarian and vegan dishes such as bruschetta, veggie burger, and warm potato salad topped with vegan feta.

yesterday we were a good lunch and were not disappointed! attractive pub that is easy to stop and pop in. brilliant selection on midday options with different choices when they see in the rule. the food itself was excellent and the staff was friendly and...not to blame anything here.

After a long trek up the mountain, we enjoyed a delightful meal at this restaurant. We savored a flavorful roasted tomato soup, a delicious Chickpea hummus topped with pomegranate and za'atar, and grilled focaccia. The curry with flatbread was also very tasty. Highly recommend for a post-hike treat!

I feel as though we have been misled about the view here. The website indicated that “The rooms have views across the Loch, or the hillside behind us.” There is definitely a hillside behind our room, but it is behind a car park. Our group arrived on motorcycle’s on a very wet Tuesday each room had to be paid for before entering the hotel so each couple was dealt with while the others had to wait outside( would it not of been possible to get us all inside...and dealt with rather than left outside? . A drying was asked but apparently it was in full use by other guests. On positive note a nice hotel with good staff breakfast also good but at an additional cost.

My wife and I booked a room at the Ben Cruachan Inn only a few days before we traveled and knew that the only available double room would be small. It was, however, clean, bright, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a...shower that was hot, constant, and at high pressure. We had a problem locking the door of our room after we arrived, but the staff were calm and helpful and were able to solve the problem. As compensation for the inconvenience, we were offered a free breakfast next morning (best bacon! , which also proved to be excellent. All in all, one of the best hotels we've stayed at in this part of the world, and we hope to visit again in the future.

I had the occasion to be a walk-in diner yesterday, 15 Sep. 2022, at circa 7:00p.m. and ordered a glass of red wine and the warm smoked trout (a standard menu item as my main course. The wine and a large glass of tap water...arrived post haste. The adjacent table (they ordered just before me enjoyed their two-course dinner and left and no sign of mine. Another table had come in and they had, also, been served and were eating their dinner together with a further table. Eventually, the F.o.H. approached and said he would be right back from a visit to the kitchen.
