Wir haben mit einer Gruppe von 25 Personen zu Abend gegessen. Sehr guter Glühwein auf der Terrasse mit Blick hinunter nach Saalfelden im Tal. Schön dekorierter Innenraum. Toller und schneller Service. Sehr gutes Essen. Probieren Sie die „Ripperlen“ und den Apfelstrudel mit Vanillesoße.

Der Veranstaltungsort selbst und die Aussicht sind großartig. Schade ist, dass das Personal nicht sehr freundlich ist (was eine Untertreibung ist). Bei unseren nächsten Besuchen in Huggenberg machten wir einen kurzen Spaziergang zur Forsthofalm, wo die Besitzerin (Hilda) sehr nett ist. Die Forsthofalm hat keine umfangreiche Speisekarte, aber der Veranstaltungsort selbst ist interessant und die Aussicht ist magisch.

We stopped to eat and drink here half-way down while we were sledding down the Biberg hill for our Valentine's day date (by night.) We had a really unique experience sitting in this wonderful rustic surrounding eating traditional pork ribs with sauerkraut, baked potatoes and bread dumplings with lots and lots of beer. The staff is very friendly and polite and I would recommend for everyone who comes to Saalfelden to try this experience while sledding in the winter time or just hiking during summer.
