Best Fry - Speisekarte

The best fish shop we have had. Been getting our F&C from Best Fry for about 7 years and the fish never fails although the chips can be a bit hit and miss

went in and ordered sausage , and chips, chips were cold and stuck together, didnt look nice at all, surprised this chip shop has won awards, I threw mine in the bin.

Popped in to try one of the burgers I see on fb page . So glad I did .it was so good choice of salad sauce brioche roll makes such a difference! I shall be back soon : Speisekarte ansehen

i got my food and took it home, had a few chips to then find there was a hair that looked like an eye lash in my food ! was slightly put off my food after. the staff were lovely and we’re very friendly.

Stood waiting for 15 minutes. The young lady and young Lad were busy doing a deliveroo order. I carried on waiting patiently. Until a Lady walked up to counter and took their order and completely ignored me who had been waiting I therefore walked out and took my business elsewhere. Utterly Dissapointed and Let Down.

Chips, half cooked. Some were green, greasy. Fish, over cooked. Very greasy. Stingy portions of both fish and chips. If another chippy opened up near by. I could see this shop disappearing. And quite rightly so. The adult in the shop rude and disrespectful. Young children in the shop look and act as though they share the same DNA and attitude as the frier. I was let down by my online delivery provider for my order. I called Best Fry direct and although not their error the guy on shift was excellent, he listened to my moans and organised a fresh delivery direct to me within 30 minutes. He didn’t have to do this, but his customer service was first class and fish and chips and extras delivered excellent. Thank you use this local small business as they deserve this A1 review

Really disappointed with the overall service and food that we received. Absolutely shocking prices for so little food! And the food wasn’t even nice. Tasted stale, so didn’t end up eating the little amount we did receive. Customer service is not good. I tried to message them twice with my query and to inform them that I was not happy, they have seen the messages but are choosing not to respond. Seeing some on the most recent reviews on here and on other platforms….it’s really going down hill. Which is shame.

Just sent my xon in to collect two lots of fish and chips, parking impossible as would have gone myself, and I wish I had. Once returned yo base, was greeted with the soggiest, coldest, undercooked, miserly proportioned fish and chips I have honestly ever had. It was the takeaway incarnation of losing the will to live. Possibly worse, discriminating against my son and serving inedible garbage. The only peak attained, was the zenith of disappointment. Utterly horrid. I would take a photo, but the soggy over wrapped 'presentation ',rendered the apparently edible contents indistinguishable...you would only see grey. Speisekarte ansehen
