"As dining experiences go, this was average. Nothing terrible but nothing to rave about either. There’s always a premium attached for food at a fancy restaurant because of the fancy restaurant experience but this isn’t a fancy restaurant and definitely doesn’t warrant the prices they charge. Service started off poor. It took ages for someone to come over after we were offhandedly pointed to a table and that initial service was a waiter who seemed to be annoyed that I’d looked at the drinks list before he’d got to our table. Service improved after that different waiting staff but again, not enough to warrant the 12.5% service charge that B&H throw on to the bill. Food was decent. That’s as far as I’d go. Not bad but not memorable. Certainly overpriced. As for atmosphere and ambience, this is primarily a bar with the associated noise levels so keep that in mind if you’re going for a meal there."

really nice settings. my only little complain is that the waiter forgets again and again what we asked or ordered, and we had to remind him.

Although the setting was a haven from the bustle on the street with far reaching views over the rooftops of London, this is no more than a coffee lounge/cocktail bar. There is a lack of choice of lunchtime food and the Caesar salads we chose were inadequate and overpriced.

I really enjoy visiting the Bourne Hollingsworth Garden Room before heading to the West End theater, as the service is consistently quick and the location is incredibly convenient. The food is also quite good, with a nice selection of affordable appetizers. I had the soup to start, followed by steak and chips, which were perfectly cooked and delicious. However, the highlight for me is the view—it’s truly priceless. I feel fortunate to have discovered this hidden gem!
