Simmone was a fabulous Host to us and my little dog, 10 out of 10 for her service skills. So pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. An Asset to your company.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, thanks to Katie B. She was efficient and polite. The breakfast we ordered was delivered quickly, hot, beautifully presented, and delicious.

Just called in to Oakhurst farm for a meal with the family as we were passing after a day out and about. We were greeted by the most vibrant, welcoming and BEAUTIFUL young lady who went above and beyond for everyone that walked through the door we all noted just how nice it was to be made to feel so welcome.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times this summer and it has always been great. The staff, especially Trish, are friendly and helpful. The kids enjoy playing in the soft play area which is safe, allowing parents to watch them or stay in the restaurant and keep an eye on them through the TV. The carvery is consistently good and the chef, who serves the meat, is knowledgeable and skilled in his craft.

I've been coming here for years for business. I always choose to stay at the hotel attached because of the restaurant. The staff here are so helpful, friendly, and polite. The food is very reasonable and of great quality for the price. This morning, Emma in the kitchen kindly obliged when I chose to be awkward and ask for an omelette for breakfast. It was our first time visiting this Brewers fayre, it definitely won’t be our last. The staff was very welcoming especially Trisha who was lovely, she also gave us a bonus card and explained how it worked. The food (x2 adult meals x2 children’s deserts was so tasty and fresh! I gave feedback at the time but you could tell the chef who I believe is called Emma takes great pride in the food she prepares! Compliments to the chef as we all thoroughly enjoyed it! Great value for money, and the soft play area is great for the kids to let some steam off! Looking forward to our next visit :

Food and drink is not topped up in time, and today wasn't even busy. Staff stood around while tables have food all over them an one girl working on her own. Bacon technically cooked within a few seconds, eggs leave the kitchen cold, mushrooms sit uncooked on every occasion, pastries run out so quickly, coffee machine left unchecked. I've been sat in a area with a small plate of food covering the floor and no one has attended to it in over an hour. Remedy may include having a Great conductor for the orchestra; being better organised with the food, cooking the mushrooms and bacon, clean more. Friendliness is 100% but doesn't make the breakfast experience a good one when the food is ruined. I h...

haven't been for a few week due to being on holiday, so on the way home from the airport we decided to go to the Oakenhurst Farm for tea, I was very disappointed that you could no longer upgrade your fish to haddock on the new menu for the 2 for £11.49 meals, it's not like we don't pay more to have a decent fish because it is worth the extra, but no can't upgrade unless i pay full price for both meals !!!, so I had to put up with the fish (probably Vietnamese dogfish lol) which was far inferior, then they had no BBQ sauce to go with my wife's Smothered chicken and she said it was like eating dry carboard and the coleslaw they gave to substitute the BBQ Sauce did not improve the meal, staff w...
