I would have gave it a 10/10 if I could the food is great good menu choices friendly staff and very welcoming and good drinks and desserts

I had a wonderful breakfast at this restaurant. The place was very clean and I highly recommend it. The staff was lovely and welcoming, especially Yvonne. We will definitely be returning.

The service was very slow cauliflower was half cooked my daughter ordered the large carvery and only got 3 bits of gammon also ordered chips to go with it and they came out after she had finished the meal wont be back Speisekarte ansehen

So I went for the gammon and eggs the gammon was dry the chips where dry and the roasties where dry the ice cream machine was faulty and the toilets had graffti on the door and wall paper pealing all I say is the place could do with a spruce up

Have been coming here regularly for a few months now. Very reasonably priced, good food and lovely staff. Big old farm building, lots of character and plenty of room. Only downside is it could do with a few extra staff at times. Love this place.

I love stopping by Stonehouse for breakfast. My family and I always appreciate the friendly staff, delicious food, and affordable prices. I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch and dinner as well. I definitely encourage you to give it a try. Speisekarte ansehen

Carvery was good, but dont order the fish and chips!!! The fish was small and either fried 2 long or deep fried in week old oil!!! It was dark and crunchy!!!! There was even a chip, deep fried and clinging to the outside of the fish Two people in our group ordered the fish and both fish were the same... Shame!!! As the carvery was good and the roast potatoes were crispy!!

First of all, I know electricity is expensive but the whole premises was freezing cold. Not great for elderly and babies. Carvery meats were dry but edible and the veg similar. Not great hence 2/5. Tea and coffee from machine was tepid and more noticeable because of the cold. Overall it was a poor experience which won't be repeated. If they make some small tweaks it could have been so much better.

We have dined at Chain Runner carvery many times and found this restaurant to be lacking in comparison. It was a busy Sunday evening when we visited. The quality of the meat was good and it tasted fine. However, we were disappointed in the portion size – only one thin slice each of turkey and ham, with a small extra piece. The turkey was sliced very thin, and we felt the serving size was more suitable for children. The cauliflower was undercooked and very hard, while the roast potatoes were soggy and cold. We noticed that many people were opting for the "full works" option for £15.99, and perhaps that would have been a better choice than the traditional carvery for £11.99. Overall, we left f...
