Bull on Bell Street

Excellent food and very helpful regarding GF and all other allergens.

We have been a number of times to the Bull on Bell Street and have never been disappointed, food always very good and the staff are always very attentive

Great outdoor atmosphere in the garden with a great drink menu and a broad menu with plenty of GF and GO items, including more substantial options like a burger and grain bowls.

Saturday evening family dinner in one of the restaurant stands. 3 had burgers who were very good. beautiful ambiente, but only at the bottom was the service slower than the restaurant became more busy, but eating was not pampered. Speisekarte ansehen

I nice little pub that we got a reservation in to quite late on due to not knowing the local area. Good food and a large selection of drinks to choose from too. Great service from the member of the team we dealt with that night too which always helps.

We came here for Sunday lunch and were not disappointed. My husband and son shared the roast platter, which was huge with plenty of meat and vegetables, in fact it would probably have been enough for three normal sized appetites! I had the roast beef, which was very good. Everything was cooked really well, with crispy roast potatoes and vegetables with a slight bite to them. The service started off really well, but tailed off after we finished our main courses and we had to wait quite a while to get someone for our bill. We will definitely be back, either for another Sunday roast or to try the weekday menu.

I have visited the Bull a couple of times before on recommendation. However this time we had an awful experience. The staff were slow and inattentive considering that the restaurant was empty. The food was not good, there were serious issues with two mains. The seabream dishes that my friend and I ordered were off and it smelled. It took forever to get the attention of the waiter to tell us that the fish was fresh and there was nothing wrong with it. Upon further complaint, the manager came and he offered alternate dishes to compensate for the off dishes. No desserts menu were offered .
