Burger King Blackburn

The restaurant had a foul odor, but we decided to get the food anyway and ate it in the car. The dining area was too smelly. I almost chipped my tooth on a large bone in my double whopper.

to be vegan hard to get beautiful vegan fast food. kfc and mcdonalds vegan selection are not very nice. So we tried the vegan meals. I was very impressed. in any case, the children and me will treat again.

Waited in the drive thru for a good 20 minutes to receive the chips being cold and the burger was disgusting and the bacon looked undercooked and not appetising. Awful service and food. Will not be coming back anytime soon. Speisekarte ansehen

on the boxing day and they had big problems with the kochers, but still we are beautiful and helpful, accomadating and with a beautiful smile. the chicken burgers and nugget meals were hot and freshly cooked and tastes amazing. we make burger king.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The burgers were lukewarm and the buns tasted stale, as if they had been defrosted. The tables were dirty and the floor was filthy. The staff looked disheveled and inexperienced. I will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

Food was cold and the place is in a disgusting state . The kitchen was filthy looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in months . No toilet rolls in the toilets also filth ! The eating area was terrible, food all over the tables and floors not one clean table in site. Food was cold, notified staff who argued with me saying it had only just been made. I told them to feel the burger to which one of them agreed however the other member of staff was not standing for it. Took me ten minutes to get through to them. In the end I wanted a refund as one of the staff out back was saying in a condescending way he would remake the food and winked at the server so I refused and wanted a refund. Asked for the manager who came out and would not listen. Absolutely vile and disgusting staff. Be warned!!!!

Absolutely vile! An absolute disgrace to Burger King. I’m so pleased I went to the toilet first and didn’t actually order my food!! There was wee on the floor, pubes around the sink, no toilet roll. I was still at this point going to give it chance then I looked at the state of the kitchen and the fella stood behind the counter wiping snot from his nose and decided that I didn’t fancy making us all poorly!! I remember the place being built and it doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since then. To add insult to injury I nearly slipped and fell over on spilt milk at the door. It needs closing down!

I am a big fan of Burger King, and the Blackburn location is the only one nearby. I have always had positive experiences at this branch, until today when I encountered the manageress, Jamie, during the day shift. While sitting by the window, I overheard her disrespecting and undermining her colleagues in a shocking manner. She is a terrible manager and lacks good customer service skills. On the other hand, the young man working at the till and on the microphone is fantastic and always adds some humor to our visits. It is unfortunate to witness how Jamie treated him and her other colleagues in front of us. As a frequent customer of this branch, I urge the management to either transfer, remov...
