"Pedimos a domicilio (pagando gastos de envío) un par de menús de hamburguesa y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa cuando nos encontramos que le faltaba el pan de arriba a una de las hamburguesas. Llamamos por teléfono, porque no dejaba de ser un error sin importancia, pero claro, comerse así la hamburguesa, además de estar incompleta, es un engorro, no se puede comer como se tiene que comer, porque no la puedes ni coger sin el pan. Le contamos lo que ha pasado, de muy buen rollo, entendemos este tipo de fallos, pero claro, de pronto nos suelta el tío que nos coge el teléfono que eso es mentira y que él tiene pruebas de que es mentira . Y se nos pasó el buen humor, claro, ya cabreados pedimos el libro de reclamaciones Y SE NEGARON A DÁRNOSLO. Vamos, que nunca más. Es una lotería, si sale bien, bien, si sale mal, o te aguantas o se te ponen chulos y no te dejan ni reclamar, algo que además hasta donde yo sé no es legal."

We asked to bring home two hamburgers menus, they charged us shipping fees and when we opened the boxes we found one of the burgers missing the bread from above. Pues las primeras veces bien, hasta que se equivocaron. Pedimos para llevar a domicilio dos menús de hamburguesa, nos cobraron gastos de envío y cuando abrimos las cajitas nos encontramos con que A UNA DE LAS HAMBURGUESAS LE FALTABA EL PAN DE ARRIBA. Algo anecdótico, llamamos para pedirles por favor que nos enviaran la tapa y nos dijeron que ni hablar. Que ellos lo habían hecho todo muy bien y que lo que estábamos diciendo era mentira. Les pedimos el libro de reclamaciones y se negaron a dárnoslo. Es alucinante.
