Piatti con prodotti locali e stagionali molto raffinati. Servizio accurato e cortese. I piatti sono curati anche esteticamente. Carta dei vini con buona scelta di vini della val di Cembra. Restaurant with pretense of cuisine level. Limited menu. We ate two first, short happies pasta with trentingrana and pepper, dumplings with grassed plus a broccoli pass. Bello bello bello... Mi sono trovata davvero bene, ho scelto il menù degustazione per scoprire questo posto e mi ha soddisfatta pienamente, un tripudio di sapori, piatti belli, impiattamenti curati, buoni vini... Mi piace la scelta di privilegiare i prodotti locali e il fatto che abbiano avuto un occhio di riguardo per le mie intolleranze e abbiano dedicato un piatto alla bambina... Ci tornerò di sicuro

Bella scoperta! Poco distante da Trento io e mia moglie abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante sotterraneo , ambiente curato dal design alpino contemporaneo. Ma a farla da padrone non sono legno, pietra e metallo ma bensì la cucina. Piatti sinceri, buoni, studiati e ben presentati, dal sapore vero come lo staff del ristorante.
