"Le Cassette is one of the iconic cafes of Saint Germain des Prés. Located on rue de Rennes, with a large terrace, it offers great traditional French cuisine, but also very nice cocktails. Patricia and her team have always been extremely welcoming and the quality...and kindness of the service are always to be noticed. I’ve been living in rue Cassette for 3 years and I’ve always been happy to enjoy this place which offers a good mix of clients, French and foreigners. It’s therefore not one of these cafes in St Germain des Prés which have lost part of their authenticity due to their success and have mostly tourists. One can come for a breakfast. a brunch, a lunch or a dinner, be it with your family, with friends or with your partner. You will always have a very nice time! Nuno"

Really hearty brunch with a great vibe. The decor is any instagrammers dream ???? Would be great to have different menu options for brunch though because the full menu is a LOt!

We had several different dishes and the savoury dishes all had an extremely heavy taste of vinegar. Quite disappointing for the cost of the food. The decor is very beautiful though.

Amazing find. Really good food and staff were so lovely. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. My boyfriend and I went for dinner and after a while of searching decided on Cassette and we couldn’t have been happier. We also enjoyed the live music that was...on during the evening. 25 minutes to order a drink and 45 minutes to place a food order. the waiter accidentally threw a broth roll on me and had not the way to apologize. Entre-portions were the size of the starter and 30% more expensive than restaurants 5mins down the...road very disappointing. Save your money and go somewhere else.

the bill was not correct and this was clearly for purpose. the name of the drink was correct, but the price was not. a drink was 5 euro more expensive and three more drinks were 3 euro more expensive each. unfortunately we only partially discovered this when we were there. we paid too much. overall the waiter tried to tear us down to 14 euro. so in mind: the price on the bill could be different, then the price on the menu price list! very disappointing.
