Can't say enough about this place.great staff serving you and superb breakfasts, every single time. I love working in Stroud as I get to go here.

Decent cafe situated in town centre, a good find. Good selection on menu, I opted for Cajun chicken wraps. Quick service and staff friendly. Good size portions and tasty well presented meals. Would definitely recommend, very busy so must be a favourite with locals.

Visited midweek during school holiday. Not very busy. Accomdated 2 adult 3 children easily. Greart service friendly staff. excellent children's menu, small milkshakes and no problem to get extra plate. Extremely clean. Good bacon in the breakfast. Warm toast not overdone. Speisekarte ansehen

I stopped in for breakfast early in the morning. The coffee was hot and delicious, and my breakfast was cooked quickly while I waited. It was truly outstanding - fresh, hot, and delicious. The service was great, and the price was reasonable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

Ordered takeaway through Just Eat cod and chips £11.95. Inedible, cooked in old oil, dubious as to it being cod (could’ve been anything but as you can see from the photos it’s hard to tell). Requested refund from Just Eat and awaiting result of this. Went directly in the bin (after I took the photo).

Best way to end the year . A beautiful meal in the cafe. I drove down all the way from South Wales today . To spend some time with my favourite family member . The food is the best ever always really good . The staff are friendly and really good at their jobs . . The price of the food is well priced . Top class . Asked the guy behind the counter what soft drinks do you have he answered we have lots what do you want !! Then preceded to charge 1.99 for a can of Pepsi, when i said wow 1.99 for a can he then told me we have table menus you should have looked at that if you don 't like the price!! ... then i went to the bathroom which had urine up the walls and all over the floor

I had the worst breakfast experience since living in and around Stroud. I ordered three breakfasts and a couple of drinks around 12:00, and the restaurant wasn't busy. However, we waited 20 minutes just to receive our drinks, and it took approximately 35 minutes for the food to arrive at our table. The food didn't all come at the same time, and when it did, it was cold, wrong, and missing one entire breakfast. I will not be returning to this cafe and would advise anyone thinking of going there to reconsider and try going to Milanos just a little further up the street.

Located conveniently near the Railway Station in the heart of town, Cafe Max was a pleasant surprise for me and my twin granddaughters. We had come from Gloucester for a train ride and stumbled upon this popular spot. The girls enjoyed a Children's Meal of Cheeseburger and Chips, while I opted for a Chicken BLT, which was generously portioned and delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even when the girls used up all the ketchup sachets. The prices were reasonable, the food was of good quality, and we left feeling satisfied.
