I have been dining out every day due to not having a kitchen at home currently. Despite being right on my doorstep, I only decided to try Cafe Retreat today after 12 weeks of exploring other options. I regret not coming sooner. The staff have clearly addressed previous issues mentioned on TripAdvisor, with hand gel available and tables and chairs being cleaned after each visit. The staff were friendly and efficient, and accommodating when I requested changes to my breakfast order. The food and coffee were served hot, and all breakfasts included toast, butter, and jam.
