We enjoyed some nice hot coffee and even visited twice in one day. A young lady named Bex served us; she was beautiful and really wonderful with my niece.

The restaurant offers exceptional service with quick and efficient staff. The drinks are even more impressive, and the atmosphere is pleasantly cool. Overall, a great experience!

What an incredible dining experience! The service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic. I noticed a few customers grumbling about the wait, but there was actually no wait at all. Four items we tried to order were unavailable even though the restaurant was not busy at 6.30pm Coulis for cheesecake had also 'run out ' Vegan wellington was very overcooked Table was sticky, certainly not clean and service very slow. Having visited many times before, it was terrible disappointing this time. Aside from the place being virtually empty, there were very few staff, who were doing their best but its hard to express how poor this visit was. That's an £8.50 pate starter...the presentation, was as bad as the food...need I comment further. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Being a restaurant inside of centerparcs, it is virtually impossible to fail as visitors have limited choice on options. Because of this, this restaurant has seemed to slack on speed of service. The food itself was good. Fresh ingredients which all tasted great and plated up nicely. Where this restaurant lacked was in the speed of the service. We went in a group of 5 whilst the restaurant was about 10% full. The food took around an hour to come which is quite abysmal to say that there wasn't much customers to serve and our group wasn't ridiculously big. Pricing wise it was a little bit on the pricier side however it was still acceptable. Overall this place is fine if you have a lot of time t...
