"vatel coffee, it's supposed to be a coffee where students from the vatel school, located just a step away from the establishment, apply what they learned in class. We went to the vatel coffee in the early afternoon after arriving from our 6h car. under a beautiful sun we ate on the terrace. The choice of dishes was no longer as important as it should be at the time of the noon, but there was still a way to delight us with good salads, mini sandwiches and desserts (chruffs!). The price is quite reasonable. We appreciated the concept of eating in a place where it is the apprentices who prepare meals. It's not a table service, you have to compose your tray either, it's pretty nice. address to advise for meals on the thumb but of quality.
