excellent cappelletti in a broth to resurrect the dead broth was exceptional but could not be otherwise seen the cart of the boiled.

typical local with Emilian cuisine. They're so scared! we have magiced well, there is the cart of the boiled that is very rich and also very abundant salts. only note: I would give the possibility to drink wine to the glass

Typical regional restaurant in Emilia Romagna style : Good ravioli and tortellini, but the real guest star is the so called ”Bollito misto” which is brought here as in the old style, with the waiter bringing the whole selection of different kind of meat from the bollito with a selection of traditional sauces. Service is normal, kind and simple. Recommended

friends have advised us this place as one of the most accredited for the boiled and for that we decided to go. The cart of the boiled is quite supplied, head, foot, muscle, leg, cotechino, stuffed, chicken. The ham was missing. They also have roasts. pure as a contour. green, red sauce, creamy mustard, chives and one of all good red bread, but not exceptional. green sauce too steep. but it is normal, lambrusco (caprari) coffee all for 65,00€ . I have to think if to return, in the area I found another place that has more satisfied me even if a little ostico with the sauces! Speisekarte ansehen
