"I booked this hotel because of the Wellness Spa which they offer on their website. The Wellness Spa, though, consists in a little extremely stinking place in the basement near the gym. It's dark, has got one tiny sauna and one tiny steam sauna. Everything is small and was dirty when we got there and totally smelly of sewage water, there were no glasses for water and no soap or shampoo. Because of the intense smell we could not stay, but we would not have stayed anyways for all the other reasons. We spoke to the responsible person at the reception but there was no understanding or accommodating from their side. The only thing she did was telling us that she would send someone down to have a look. Other than that she said that that's the way it is and that there were even pictures of the Spa on the website and so on... Just justifying basically. We were very very disappointed. Just to add the positive sides of this place: the room was ok and the bed very comfortable."

Good hotel with very nice garden and pool. Maybe a bit old-style rooms. Nice staff. The only major problem is the restaurant, really don't recommend to eat at the hotel. Speisekarte ansehen

The breakfast is something to look forward to.. the staff are all warm to guests, makes them feel at home and always there to assist . Will recommend this hotel to anyone that loves good things

Molto buono, servizio adeguato come le camere (io in dependance… buono ma non ottimo). Parcheggio a pagamento purtroppo ma prezzo ragionevole. Colazione e personale sala buffet gentili e precise sempre. Speisekarte ansehen

L'hotel si trova in un contesto veramente bello ed è ben curato, gli addetti ai vari servizi sono sempre stati professionalmente all'altezza delle circostanze ed il loro approccio è stato sempre gentile e volto a renderci il soggiorno confortevole e piacevole come esserre a casa propria. Grazie

the food was good, even though the potato cake that came with my lamb was cold. the service was right, but not really welcoming, but I think I would have expected it from a hotel chain. I had to point out that I had been charged twice for water and that the error was corrected. I visited the toilet before leaving and discovered that there is no toilet paper to find anywhere, suggesting that the toilets are not regularly checked!
