"The food was great however the wait for someone to take your food order was disappointing. The wait was very well over 20 minutes. It appeared the restaurant may have been under staffed. The wait for the food was not long but the restaurant does not offer complimentary bread as a starter."

First time staying overnight at Heathrow for an early flight to Barbados. Food, staff, value for money all excellent.

The wilted heap of cress spoilt an otherwise well presented steak and chips. The waitress was excellent but the explanation for the cress “the lights are too hot” was a bit silly

Food was good as always and the service was great. Only downside was the fire alarm went off so we all had to leave but where let back in after about 15 mins once the fire engine crew had came out.
