The shop is certainly well stocked but not very transparent: the prices of the products per kg are not indicated and the receipt is cumulative and does not detail individual costs. I will never go again Service: 2

Incredibly rude, my boyfriend and I called three times at three different times to try to place an order (as was recommended to us when we discovered them for the first time), all three times a gentleman in very rude manner, we were dismissed quickly and rudely. I gave the service several chances due to my intolerances and the quality of the products, but being treated so rudely for asking to order didn't seem right to me. Not only does the pizza by the slice not feel the difference with pizzas with gluten, but it is also much better than many pizzas I have eaten! I stopped by for lunch to try it, and I had to go back in the evening because it's TOO good! I also tried the tarts, and here too the excellence. If I could, I would subscribe here, considering how difficult it is to find delicious and satisfying gluten-free products. Today I was at the Celiac lab, it is a true paradise for those looking for fresh and lactose-free products. Their assortment is exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious desserts, all lactose-free except those with Nutella. I tried their pizza by the slice and I must say it was a tasty experience, their lactose free hazelnut cream puff literally melted in your mouth, offering a heavenly experience. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for delicious options that suit their dietary needs you won't regret it really friendly staff. I spent three days in Rome and lived only on their gluten-free pizzas, focaccias and sweets. This place is wonderful!! How I would like to live on Tiburtina just to be able to eat your pizza!!! Thank you! Update 04.13.2024: I was lucky enough to return to the Eternal City and be able to taste a croissant, a ham pizza and a bread again. Wonderful! Of course the texture of the croissant is not like that of the croissant with gluten, but it is still wonderful and I brushed it all off in a couple of minutes. The desserts are very good, but I really have to write a note of criticism for the way a 2 kg profiterole was packaged for me: the box in which it was placed was absolutely not suitable for the shape or size of the profiterole, which in fact during the journey by car car to go home was ruined even though I didn't drive it and kept it with all possible caution. Already when closing it, the boy crushed the dollop of cream on top and I also made a mistake in not immediately rejecting that enormous and totally unsuitable package and asking for another one, but I took it for granted that since it was a dessert they usually have in the shop , they had no better boxes in which to put it. Gluten free oven near home, I decide to go and try their products by purchasing pizza by the slice and bread. A gentleman serves us and informs us that they also make home deliveries and gives us their flyer. So far everything is positive if it were nothing but a couple of weeks later I decide to call to order pizzas at home. The flyer states that orders can be placed by 9.30am and so I hurry to call because it's 9am sharp. A gentleman responded to me in a rude manner (I imagine the same one who served us the first time) and told me that they no longer accept orders and that the deadline was 9 and that the flyer was old.
