The legacy of a regional tradition which, despite clashing with the current trends of increasingly experimental fusion cuisines, still has the strength to react and present itself as the true quintessence of our Italian DNA. I had Quadrattini in broth and my wife had a vegetable soup, followed by Cotoletto Di Milano and Pumpkin Ravioli. All were excellent. We enjoyed our food very much.
