Friendly service and didn't wait too long breakfast was great and double macchiato was perfect. Will go here again when I'm in the area.

On a Quiet Sunday, it took 35 minutes to produce a Full English Breakfast. I could have cooked it faster myself! The food, when it arrived, was quite acceptable but not special enough to justify the wait.

This place is my go to when I want a catch up with my friends it's friendly, fresh food and nice drinks, service takes long sometimes but they can go only so fast and sometimes you have to specify if you want your melted cheese melted more. There's free wifi for those who need it. The outside seating is great but not when there's too much traffic. Speisekarte ansehen

We stumbled upon this restaurant while in the area, having left a previously booked restaurant due to bad service. We found this place while walking down the street in search of somewhere to have lunch. The menu was excellent, prices were reasonable, they offered great lunch specials (such as a meal and beer for less than £8), the service was great, and the desserts were delicious. I highly recommend this place.

I have been having lunches and sometimes breakfasts at this place for four years. Service is great. Value for money once you compare the portions with nearby options. Sometimes they serve daily stews and they are delicious. The salad bar most of the time have more than ten options for you to create your own plate. I can recommend crashed ice illy coffee. This summer they introduced and did a tremendous job with it.

I arrived early for a meeting in the area and decided to stop by a nearby cafe. After a stressful commute, I was looking for a peaceful place to unwind and recharge. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and cool the atmosphere was in the cafe. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food, while not gourmet, was satisfying and generously portioned. Have been here twice now for breakfast. Simple food but big on both taste and portion size. The sausage sandwich is fantastic I love the way that the chef slices then grills the sausages lengthways no undercooked sausages for me! The staff are pretty efficient and there is a real buzz to the place. If you want to brave the cold and the exhaust fumes of Kingsland Road you also have the option to sit outside. I'm going back for afternoon tea next .....

We 've been coming to this place for over a year now and it 's consistently good! I 've had (each more than twice): Full English amazing it all tastes fresh and done to order, not heated up items cooked earlier that morning Full English Veggie Option EVEN BETTER! I get a side of bacon because I am not really a vegetarian, but the veggie sausage is great Poached Eggs Royal WOW great bread, fresh salmon, perfectly done eggs. The outdoor seating is lovely on a Saturday morning for people watching. Go to this cafe!

My partner and daughter have been to this cafe a couple of times over the years and enjoyed the food and service. We no longer live in the area, but decided to have brunch there today. We sat at a table that needed to be cleaned as it was out of the direct sun. After around 10 minutes of waiting to be served. A dark haired lady came to clean the table. She looked angry and said nothing to us. At no point did she make eye contact, or even say hello. I told my partner I could not eat there if this angry woman with bad energy was going to serve us.
