It was my second visit to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and this time it was part of my nephew's Christmas gift. We had a wonderful time, and he enjoyed every minute of it. The ambiance, food, and service were impeccable. It’s a really fun twist on afternoon tea and a fantastic experience for children.

This afternoon tea was fantastic! It was my birthday, so I treated myself to some extra special tasty bites, and the staff even brought me a birthday cake. The food was excellent, and although the cocktails were a bit strong, they added extra lemonade for us. I couldn’t recommend this place more—it was simply amazing! Speisekarte ansehen

Absolutely outstanding. Thank you for our great Charlie and the Chocolate factory theme inspired afternoon tea. Our server Felix was just divine and looked after us soooo well. Thank you again and to all the front of house team who were great and very welcoming. It was lovely and we very full..had some of the treats boxed up and ate them next day. Yummy

It's was a lovely day went for my mum birthday the spoiled her everyone was soo nice to the person who took our coats to are server felix he was so helpful told us all that we're eating recommended us our teas and brought us one out to try he was excellent!!! And a lovely lady there aswell who sever us few bits took lots of pictures of us was a wonderful day and staff amazing xxx

The Afternoon Tea is not worth the money. The food wasn’t good, bland boring sandwiches, scones, cakes candy floss, the service wasn’t good, the ambience wasn’t good, the restaurant was cold. There are other places within a stones throw where you get better food/service/ambience for the same money. The Afternoon Tea is supposedly based on Charlie The Chocolate Factory but you’d be hard pressed to see any clues to this. I expected to walk into a themed restaurant but it’s just a restaurant in a basement with no atmosphere, dull boring. I’d give zero stars if I could. Overall a very disappointing experience. Please, save your hard earned money book elsewhere. Speisekarte ansehen
