Great service from Debi, friendly greeting and the full english breakfasts we got were lovely. Ideal start to a Sunday.

The food was excellent and the service provided by Hannah was outstanding. She was always smiling, very helpful, and friendly. She is such a lovely lady.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Charnley's. I visit this place often and the staff is always extremely helpful. Hannah, in particular, has served me multiple times and she is always polite and attentive, just like the rest of the staff.

Was in there last night with a friend and the young lady Kayla I think she was called made us feel so welcome we called in as we are hgv drivers and just wanted time out of the truck for hour but we stayed there for 3 hours we will be going back there and trying the food next time

Friendly, helpful, hard working team who made our visit very enjoyable. Today, I visited the Charnley Arms for lunch with colleagues and was welcomed by the delightful and kind Coleen. She was extremely attentive to our needs and made sure we were well taken care of. Coleen went above and beyond to ensure we received our food promptly and checked in on us with a smile to ensure everything was satisfactory.

It has been months.. far too long since I've been in this fantastic establishment.. however I made the effort to call in just last night for a quick pint. The place hasn't changed which is good, I'd be disappointed if it did. I was lucky once again to be served by hannah who was the perfect barmaid, happy, smiling and nothing but pleasant, . made me feel so welcome I stayed most of the night.. just fantastic. I hope to not leave it so long until I visit again..

Visted again last night, and again, everything was just as amazing as always. The food was delicious and hot, was served and checked by Laura again, such a pleasant young lady. I also asked Laura who was the manager, she pointed to the polite Connor serving at the bar, he looked otherwise we wouldve come over and said how amazing the food andstaff were. So well done to you all. I came for a catch up with my friends and they all enjoyed it to! All the staff are friendly and such a credit to the pub, the food was great, had a steak and was yummy.
