I regret to have to say it and write it, but despite the beauty of the place and the kindness of the staff, the indiscretion and lack of professionalism of a person in the telephone reception led to a tsunami in my personal life. The anonymity and discrepancy inherent in hotels were not respected and management obviously never wanted to recognize the error.

We had dinner at the restaurant in the evening, a feast, the proposed menu brought together the products of the region, charollaise meat, sandre, deer but cooked of comtemporaine. They were all of great quality. The deer melted, a beautiful kitchen! the view is very beautiful on the castle but the decoration is a little standard, the lighting really not intimate. Otherwise, we will return to the kitchen without hesitation!

Joli cadre avec une vue reposante sut le château. Un peu de nostalgie avec portes et plafond année 70 Service parfois qui manque de maîtrise mais probablement des jeunes en formation. Repas de bonne facture, agréable. Peut être insuffisamment relevé ( sel, poivre...)Dommage pour les garnitures ( polenta et petits légumes qui étaient secs et avaient probablement un peu attendu)Gros plus des desserts de pâtissier très bons. Vins de la région excellent et service au verre pas équitable ( 1/3 de verre pour le vin blanc et proportion nettement plus généreuse pour le rouge)A réessayer avant un avis définitif

I discovered this very beautiful place as part of a French sports championship, nestled in the heart of a typical Mâconnais village. History, calm and serenity characterize this charming place. The decoration is made with taste and the whole staff, always smiling, is extremely benevolent (and in small care with customers). Not to mention, in the furnaces, a chef working with authentic local products with maestria. Stupid. I still have water in my mouth. Finally, a director always attentive and daily at the heart of his clients.
