An exceptional address to be discovered. All of the hotel's buildings with its chapel and manor house are worth a look, but also the garden, labyrinth and pool. The philosophy of the leader and his team is to help you feel at home thanks to many small attentions. The kitchen is like the chef: generous between tradition and modernity. We had a great break at the Château de Noirieux. We found ourselves there almost alone on Sunday night as we found that it was an excellent break (electrical reload) on the return between La Baule and Paris. And we feared a little degraded service in so few. It was nothing: charming staff, gourmet dinner of very good outfit. Small attentions that can no longer be found, such as a real cheese tray, or real artisanal pastries at breakfast. The frame is of course remarkable. Value for money as the Anglo-Saxons say.

We came for dinner last week for my birthday, with our three adult children. We regret not having been informed when booking the work in progress. Because we come for the food and for the setting and there we arrived at a construction site. Heavy machinery in a mess, untidy construction site. Lots of things dragged outside which is not logical in this type of establishment. We chose Château de Noirieux to celebrate my grandmother-in-law's 87th birthday and our experience lived up to this special occasion. As soon as we arrived, the warm welcome from the team immediately created a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. They were extremely attentive throughout the meal, making us feel completely at ease. The recently renovated setting was charming. We had lunch in the newly renovated veranda, offering a breathtaking view of the valley and the castle gardens. The new card, which we had the chance to test, was exceptional. Each dish served was a delight, confirming the castle's reputation for culinary excellence.
