"I am a regular visitor to this Llangollen shop and often visit during the morning I always have a giggle and a laugh with the ladies who are always smiling and happy to help). Today, I was running late thus decided to run in during the lunch time rush. As the shop was busy I stood back and watched as the ladies rushed around to complete orders, prep food, ensure there was enough food on display and make sure everyone was being served in the order they come into the shop while reman polite with a smile on there face for each customer. Never have I been shocked at the ill treatments of these ladies trying to do there job. I was utterly shocked at the verbal abuse these ladies where having to listen to, the lack of manners people where displaying. Shame on you all! When it came to my turn, the two ladies serving painted a smile and tried to remain undetected by what had happened. Sadly, I think that this occurrence is a one of. Thank you ladies for all that you do. Please know that you are all valued and appreciated."

Very poor quantities for the price of the food. The least amount of pork in a small roll I've ever seen and it cost £6. Never again.

Very disappointed in this place, stoped for breakfast baps on our way to Scotland. Well the bread was stale and the bacon and sausage was cold. Absolutely terrible. I would not visit this place again plenty more better ones in Llangollen. Speisekarte ansehen

Was driving through and had to stop as there were road works. Saw the amazing food in the window. Stopped and purchased food. Had a fully loaded Yorkshire pudding. Pork, bacon, sausage, stuffing and gravy. It was massive. The taste was out this world. Staff were very frieny.

Stopped in for a quick bite in the early afternoon on 07/02/24. I had a delicious roast beef, stuffing and horseradish sandwich followed by a tasty coffee. The sandwich was filled with tender, succulent beef and was absolutely amazing. The coffee was also very pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I purchased a turkey bap and a beef bap, which usually come with cooked onions, but they had run out by 1pm. I ended up with just plain meat in a bread roll and was charged £13.50 for both. I believe the price could have been reduced considering the lack of onions and the plainness of the rolls. I went in for a coffee as I had half an hour to wait for my bus, saw a sign for a lunch deal, A latte, bap and an eccles cake..was what I chose.I paid and was going to sit down, when I was told I could not, it was a take away deal only. That was not stated on the offer on the sign though. But I was shouted at, by the young ponytailed brunette. I said it is not stated on the offer! She shouted” and you didn’t ask”! So beware of that place, its not what you expect.

After visiting the restroom, a member of staff named Janet Jackson approached me and apologized sincerely for the mistake. It was unnecessary, as the sandwich and coffee were both delicious. Another staff member, Molly, also apologized and offered me a free coffee and doughnut as a gesture of goodwill. At first, I declined the offer, but eventually accepted. Thank you to all the staff for their excellent service. I would gladly return to this restaurant. It's rare to find such exceptional service. Well done!
