"Absolutely shocking service. Stated 45 mins delivery, arrived 40 mins late (after calling the restaurant). Ordered 4 burger meals, onion rings and a garlic bread. All delivered late and cold, 1 burger meal was wrong. Phoned restaurant to be offered a new burger and onion rings delivered in 30 mins!!! Not straight away. No refund or exchange on the garlic bread as apparently I was moaning about everything. Person I spoke to even tried to argue that my garlic bread wasn’t cold, how he knows that when he’s not with me is unbelievable. Absolutely horrible uncaring customer service too busy raking the money in off other people. Will never order from again and will advise everyone possible to steer clear of this terrible service!! Driver was 40 mins late and practically illegally entered my house by the time I was at the door."

the sizzler burger is always so good and I also get the popcorn huh, wishing the drink was bigger. However, not always reliable as the popcorn huhn is not on standard, but otherwise it is in the rule amazing for late night munchies.

I phoned in my order and was met with friendly service. The kitchen area was spotlessly clean and my food was served promptly and with a smile. The price was affordable and the food was delicious. Kudos to Mo and the staff for a job well done.

Food was freezing i phone the store and the man on the phone was being rude saying it cant be cold and theres nothing he can do about it.. how can he tell me the food isn't cold when he wasn't sitting in my house.. no respect and didn't wanna do anything about it

Delivery took nearly 2 hrs rude staff on phone delivery driver did not apologise staff at shop didn't apoligize no one this business cares about customers only about money owner shakeel ahmed should be ashamed doesn't give a damn. stay away they will treat you like dirt. you have been warned.

Absolutely disgusting! Treated awful! Had 8 chicken wings thrown at my head. I know it sounds unrealistic however my experience was awful. The staff behind the counter just laughed and didn’t help in any ways. I am disgusted by the service. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR. I would not recommend to anyone, even if it’s a last resort on a night out. Do not go unless you want a side of assault.

I ordered delivery and was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. The food ended up taking 2 hours to arrive. I called the restaurant multiple times and was repeatedly told that the food would be delivered in 5 minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. This shows very poor time management. If you cannot deliver on time, do not take orders. This is not the fault of the delivery driver.

I am extremely disappointed with the Wolves branch of this restaurant compared to all the others. The staff there work very quickly but seem to make mistakes without checking what they are serving. Every time I visit, I receive undercooked, incorrect, or missing items in my order. When I order online, it takes 2 hours for my food to arrive and it is usually cold and soggy. This issue needs to be addressed and improved.
