"Just brought for from here and will not be going back! Pineapple burger has 3 chunks of pineapple??? Wtf.....brown Salad and looked like a 3 year old had put the burger together. The chicken feta salad......well what can I say.....bad tasting chicken and feta that was clearly past its sell by date/or not stored correctly, 10 kernels of sweet corn and 4 slices of black olive and 2 tiny pieces of pepper??? Really bad customer service, guy wasn’t helpful at all and slipped out to buy a tin of pineapple as he had none but clearly told us he had it in stock!!! Don’t visit will be a huge disappointment and a waste of your money and time....... Oh and just to say this isn’t the first time, been here on many occasions and it had rapidly gone down hill with each visit! It will be the last time as we’re not prepared to waste or money on substandard(if you can even call it that) food and SERVICE!!!!"

Narborough road branch has better customer service. Try the home made beef burger or chicken burger medium. Just amazing.

Chilli Flames on Narborough Road offers delicious food that I always buy. It's best to order in advance and pick up the food when it's ready to avoid any unnecessary delays.

Had a really bad experience due to awful hygiene at Chilli Flames Narborough road. Food was thrown on the floor in the kitchen and staff refused to pick it up saying they are too busy.

If you are in town looking for a quick, cheap, tasty grilled chicken lunch or dinner then there is no place in leicester better than Chilli Flames. The Narborough road branch is my favourite.

The food at this restaurant was delicious and well-prepared. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap and my friends opted for the burger meals, which were all very tasty considering the price. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend this place to others.

We were in Leicester for the day and found chilli flames, Narborough Rd, on the HMC website. Spotlessley clean place, friendly staff, my friend had a falafel salad whilst I had chicken breast with peri peri fries. My chicken was cooked to perfection and delicious, peri peri fries were lovely too. My friend said her food was equally delicious and she was impressed by the portion size. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and will come back here when I am next in Leicester.

Firstly, the young man wearing glasses had a conversation with his coworker for a few minutes while I waited to place my order. Then, he answered a phone call without acknowledging me. After talking on the phone for 2-3 minutes, he finally turned to me without apologizing and waited for my order without speaking. I ordered, and the total was £5.50. I gave him £10, and he asked for an additional 50p, which I didn't have. He stared at me expectantly for a response, and after a minute passed, I took my money back and left the restaurant. This was the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Terrible service. Had to ring 6 times to make an order and was put on hold by an automated system then hung up on each time. Once the phone was finally answered the member of staff did not speak on the phone, continued his conversation with someone else then hung up. Then when I rang again someone picked up and said yes but did not introduce themselves as chilli flames or ask what I wanted, I could have been speaking to anyone at that point. Then while finally making the order the member of staff taking my order barely answered me and at times I was unsure if he was even listening.
