Only ate once as ate mostly in the hotel which served very good bar meals and snacks. but this was a sweet treat one afternoon

Saturday afternoon brews to warm us up. You pay at the counter anc the waiters brought our drink to the table. Didn’t eat but food looked nice.

Tiny but mighty with delicious fresh food and polite friendly staff. Bacon and egg butty and chips were hot and worth the slight wait. Clean and cosy.

If I could give it zero I would… we waited over an hour for food and no apology when it came. Customers were having to clear the tables to help the staff, who for the most part were stood talking. Would never go again.

Well over an hour wait for 2 sandwiches. Table never cleared of previous cups. Food look good when if finally arrived but taste was pretty poor. Hot chicken sandwich was literally pieces of chicken between two slices of bread

We turned up at this cafe and wanted fish and chips but were told unfortunately they had sold of fish and we offered scampi and chips, it came presented on a wooden serving mat and in a cone what a surprise it was wonderful and reasonable price.

Love this cafe. We're not regulars yet but have been a few times in the past 3 weeks. Hard working, food all cooked fresh so you must expect to wait and it's worth it. Lovely lady on her own kept her cool this morning 1/10/21 as hungry folk popped in. The breakfasts are delicious and made with quality ingredients. I'd recommend a trip here.
