Cream's - Speisekarte

Been here before very inconsistent in portions , ordered two scoops was like half a scoop this happens quite a lot at this Ealing Creams

A group of us went and found the service from one of the staff members in particular to be outstanding...did not get his name but was really attentive and welcoming... food was also great!

Hot spot for teens more than anything, my kids loved it although at £34 for ice cream....ouch!!!! Nothing is clearly signed, you have to wait for a table to be cleared, just be prepared for over priced ice cream n noisy teens

It was lovely to bring four girls for an after-school birthday treat. It is like a trip back to the 1950s milk cars we have seen in movies. Lovely to have somewhere fun for children that does not feel like it is made for toddlers but for all ages.

This is a great place for sweet lovers. The ice cream is lovely and waffle is good when it's worm, my daughter the blue bubble gum,the pink bubble gum and the cappuccino ice cream is really nice Ask to taste it before you buy it. This place is always busy so have some patience and smile that will make it even better

We ate in a restaurant opposite for dinner so decided to come here for dessert. Considering everywhere else in Ealing was dead (it was a Sunday evening), Creams was pretty packed. We went for a banoffee waffle which was incredible. Played it safe and got one to share but it was so good I want my own next time! Great selection of desserts and like the booths.

Desserts in chain restaurants in Ealing Broadway are often loaded with sugar and unappealing. A great solution is to come to this ice cream parlour serving gelato with many options.Highly recommended dish is a plain waffle with one or two scoops of gelato we like vanilla and pistachio, but many flavours to try.Ordering system is same as Nando's get seated order and pay they bring to your numbered table.

Bizarre experience. Desert palours are not something I would frequent but decided to try this out whilst staying in a nearby hotel. Were seated within a couple of minutes, handed menus that were heavily worn and very sticky. Ordered food at counter (crepes) along with 2 cokes. Handed knife and fork but no napkins. Food arrived quickly, drinks did not.Asked member of staff for drinks, they promptly returned with 2 cokes in bottles. No glass, no straw so assume it's the norm to drink out of the bottle there.Crepes were served, as order with ice cream but no spoon offered to eat with.By this time, I had had enough so just ate with I could and left.Real shame about the service as I couldn't faul...

Our manager was retiring and a group of 12 of us came for lunch. Whilst the service was generally very good and most were happy with what they had. Myself and my colleague were very disappointed with the Knickerbocker Glory. The menu stated that it contained fresh mango, banana and strawberries. However when it turned up, my friend who was sitting at the other end of the table to me noticed that there was no mango. She queried this with the waitress who asked her if she wanted mango sauce on the ice cream. I didn't know what conversation had taken part, the waitress asked me if I wanted mango sauce to which I replied no thankyou as I already had strawberry or raspberry sauce on my ice cream....
