"Bel ristorante crotto nel centro di Chiavenna, proprio nella piazza dei crotti dietro alla stazione dei treni. Location davvero piacevole, che lascia subito trasparire la scelta di allontanarsi dal crotto tradizionale, preferendo un impronta più moderna, che si ritrova anche nei piatti e nel menù. Buoni gli antipasti, ma ci hanno convinto meno il primo e il secondo con cui abbiamo proseguito: gli gnocchi di polenta con salsiccia e funghi mi sembrano la classica polenta e funghi 'camuffata ' da primo; il carpaccio di fegato buono, ma forse più adatto a un antipasto (da proporre ovviamente con una dose ridotta). Nei piatti ci sono sempre molto ingredienti: pomodorini, germogli, insalatina, fragole, ribes, fiori eduli... Tutto molto bello esteticamente, ma forse non tutti ingredienti utili al piatto in termini di gusto (anche perché presenti, se pur in quantità diverse, in tutti i piatti che abbiamo ordinato). Alcuni prezzi un pochino troppo alti: gnocchi di polenta e funghi 13€, calice di Valtellina Superiore Sassella 5,50€ (bottiglia intorno ai 15€ alla cantina di produzione), 2,50€ per 1litro di acqua sfusa... Servizio davvero ottimo, personale giovane ma ben formato, gentile e sorridente. Spero di poterci tornare presto e cambiare la recensione aggiungendo la 5° stella, grazie a un po ' meno confusione nei piatti."
